At Plus Size By Flavia, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
